NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING IS HEREBY GIVEN
The Annual Assembly of the parish meeting for Romsley Parish will be held on Tuesday 7th May 2024 at 7.00pm,
at St Kenelms Church Hall
Such persons only as are registered as local government electors for the parish will be entitled to vote at the meeting, but the meeting will be open to the public during the proceedings.
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:
1. To approve the minutes of the previous Annual Meeting
2. Chairman’s Report
3. To receive report of the County Councillor
4. To receive report of the District Councillor
5. To review any items of parochial interest
